A Handy, Powerful Tool that Facilitates GPS Data Collection
Base stations are small, portable, battery powered, radio devices that automatically collect GPS and activity data* from all Telemetry Solutions wildlife GPS tracking products. They are small, lightweight and use our Base Station Info App to keep the user informed in the field.
Convenient features include:
- Fully automated, no user input required
- Magnetic mount
- Rechargeable battery for 40 hours operation
- Optional external 12 volt power (requires 12-5 volt converter).
- Bluetooth and Long-Range data transfer
- Weather resistant
- All GPS devices and base stations are are cross-compatible.
*Activity reports and bursts of raw activity data transmit remotely. Millions of lines of raw accelerometer (activity) data must be downloaded by USB.
