Streamlined Wireless Device Setup for Effortless Programming
At Telemetry Solutions, we recognize that efficiency is the key in applying GPS tracking in the study of wildlife. Through our advanced capability in setting up a wireless device, users can design and and update their GPS tracking plans and programming parameters on their own desk. This approach eliminates the hassle of employing a USB connection that compromises the waterproof characteristic of the device. By going wireless, scientists spend less time fiddling with physical wires and more time working on what they originally intended to do. In fact, the advantages of our wireless device setup start much earlier than first programming.
People still retain the capability to fine-tune as necessary directly from the field even after the GPS collar has been put on the animal. Such remote reconfiguring of tracking parameters gives wildlife scientists a tremendous advantage by enabling them to respond in real time to changing circumstances and optimize data collection efforts without the need to recapture the animal. This is an incredibly valuable benefit to our customers, making Telemetry Solutions‘ GPS tracking devices a must-have tool for effective wildlife management and research.
